Takedown

Phishing website takedown, done properly.

Unphish finds, validates and removes phishing sites, impersonation accounts, fake apps and malicious ads, then confirms they're offline and watches for them coming back.

How it works

Detection and removal in one workflow.

Every case follows the same four steps until removal is confirmed and reported.

01

Detect

Find malicious domains, cloned sites, fake accounts, apps and ads across every channel.

02

Investigate

AI-assisted analysis scores the risk, an analyst confirms it, and the evidence becomes a case file ready for enforcement.

03

Disrupt

Enforce in one click. The takedown goes to the right registrar, host or platform, is escalated when needed and confirmed offline.

04

Understand

Track status, timelines and outcomes in one view, and watch for the threat coming back.

Campaign takedowns

Take down the whole campaign behind every site.

Scammers reuse the same hosting, phishing kits and registrars across dozens of sites, accounts and apps. Remove one and another pops up.

Unphish links those assets into a single campaign, so you can see the full network and disrupt it in one go.

Registrars and hosts

How we get fakes taken down.

Every takedown goes to the people who can actually switch a fake off: the host, the registrar, the platform or the registry. If one route stalls, we take the next.

  1. Actioned fastUrgent cases are actioned straight away. Everything else is actioned the same business day.
  2. Up to three routesWe don’t just chase one inbox. A case isn’t closed as unresponsive until three different routes have been tried.
  3. Senior sign-offA senior analyst reviews any case before it can be closed as unsuccessful.
  4. Back again? Same caseIf a fake reappears soon after it’s taken down, we reopen the original case and go again.

FAQ

Takedown questions, answered.

What types of threats can Unphish take down?

Phishing websites, cloned login pages, lookalike domains, fake shops, fake social media profiles, impersonation accounts, fraudulent mobile apps and scam ads, along with the infrastructure behind them.

How quickly does a takedown start?

As soon as a threat is validated, the takedown goes to the relevant registrar, host or platform. How long removal takes depends on the provider, and every case is tracked until it's confirmed offline.

Can you take down threats hosted overseas?

Yes. The workflow is built for cross-platform and cross-jurisdiction enforcement, so threats can be actioned wherever they're registered or hosted.

What happens if the threat comes back?

Cases are monitored after removal, so re-hosting, re-registration and copycat sites are picked up and actioned again.

Is reporting included?

Yes. Dashboards show the status, timeline and outcome of every case, plus patterns across campaigns.

Can I request a one-off takedown?

Yes. If you've found a threat and need it removed, request a takedown and our team will review it and get in touch.
